Many researches focus on developing learning and teaching by using educational technologies for humans needs of knowledge. Current educational system depends on technology systems and vice versa for developing good methods for educational purposes. Among all educational purposes there is an important purpose which is discovering talents by designing robotics. There is an interesting field that lets technology itself learns how to learn by developed robots. Robot learning is a new research field in the current century that merges the intersection of machine learning and robotics. My interest is robotics and education, so I would provide a new method that it is called "robotics learning" which is an educational method for talents to learn designing, programming, and solving problems by using robots. I would introduce a brief of many researchers and introduce my idea of developing robots' environments in mobile devices for educational purposes.
