Indoor Navigation Technology: Integrating the Physical and Digital OU Campus Experience

The Library's new Collaborative Learning Center is the staging ground for a burgeoning mobile technology that has the potential to unite the online and offline (that is, physical) campus experience. This app-based solution illuminates the true range of available resources/services/tools by guiding stakeholders directly to their desired location while simultaneously conveying various media. The talk will be a project overview that explores both justification for and deployment of this technology.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Matt came to the University of Oklahoma where he earned a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy with a focus on cognition.
