Dr. Chung is Assessment Coordinator in the Office of Academic Assessment. Dr. Chung received a master’s degree in 2007 and a Ph.D. in 2011 from Springfield College, Springfield, Massachusetts in Teaching and Administration. Dr. Chung’s research field includes but is not limited to: Global aspects in higher education in the US; Quantitative and qualitative research methods and both traditional and online survey design; and Student learning outcomes assessment. Dr. Chung recently published a book: The Truth Be Told: Across Time and Space – The Wisdom of Lao Zi.
